There are a few factors which i have includes below you might find useful.

As internet has grown out to be the most rapidly expanding business, many people have started taking keen intrest in how to make good money online. In this ebusiness, the most important thing is the web user. So it is of primary importance not to distract him/her away. So we will come right to the point.

Long loading periods

The web user never tolorates the long website loading periods, specially if the waiting is worthless. He would rather go to google and try out some different search keywords instead. Web users generally like fast loading websites rather than beautiful eyecatching templates (which require longer loading time). The key factor we gather from this is that web users are mostly impatient.

Content not managed correctly

Web users hate it having to find what they are looking for on a specific page. They want the important things to be bold and visible. It is really annoying to find a link which is merged in side tons of text. So basically the point to note here is that a website should be propely managed and the content should be arranged according to the priority.

Long scrollbars

Most web users also hate long scrollbars. This takes longer time to load and makes it hard to find what they came looking for. So that page should be divided into subpages so that it doesn't scare away the user.

Page after page

Some people put links in such a way that a web user has to crawl over too many pages to get that specific item. For example, if a user wants to download something off your website, its best if you provide the file after at most the second page. Dont go further than that. All the landing pages makes the user frustrated.

Ads

The next thing the web users dont like that much is ads. Specially the ones which blink and flash and try to take all the focus on to them other than the orignal content. The only way round to it is to use text based ads. These ads are mostly releated to the content and do not disturb that much.

Too many options

If you have a website which has something to do with forms and data collection, aviod to use too many options and text boxes. This becomes annoying really soon. The best way is to make the form in such a way that it gathers the maximum information with small but elaborate options. Although this depends entirely on the type of form.

Relevancy

Try to provide all the relevant information the user wants in such a way that going through them is convenient. The best way to do this is to make sections of websites quite similar to this one. (haxansweb.com)

These are a few key factors that can improve your goals in the field of internet business. Its all about people. Wink
